Passport form guide and fee calculator

If you are unsure about which forms to use, use our guide. After you answer some questions, we will tell you which forms to use and how much to pay. Then we will give you a list of next steps to submit your application.

The guide is not an online application. Using it does not mean you will receive a passport.
