The Department recognizes and appreciates the vital role accredited and approved adoption service providers play in the intercountry adoption process.  On April 28, 2026, the Center for Excellence in Adoption Services (CEAS) renewed the accreditation of Shepherd Care Ministries, Inc. to provide adoption services for intercountry adoptions. Shepherd Care Ministries, Inc.’s accreditation is valid through June 9, 2030.
