The Department recognizes and appreciates the vital role accredited and approved adoption service providers play in the intercountry adoption process. On November 19, 2024, the Center for Excellence in Adoption Services renewed the Accreditation of World Links Association to provide adoption services for intercountry adoptions. World Links Association’s accreditation is valid through November 29, 2028.

Accreditation, approval, monitoring, and oversight of U.S. adoption service providers are handled by the relevant designated accrediting entity, Intercountry Adoption Accreditation and Maintenance Entity (IAAME) or Center for Excellence in Adoption Services (CEAS), responsible for providers with primary offices in the state/region under their jurisdiction.
