The Department recognizes and appreciates the vital role accredited and approved adoption service providers play in the intercountry adoption process. On May 26, 2026, the Center for Excellence in Adoption Services (CEAS) renewed the accreditation of The Maine Children’s Home for Little Wanderers to provide adoption services for intercountry adoptions. The Maine Children’s Home for Little Wanderers’ accreditation is valid through May 31, 2030.
