The Department recognizes and appreciates the vital role accredited and approved adoption service providers play in the intercountry adoption process.  On June 22, 2026, the Center for Excellence in Adoption Services (CEAS) renewed the accreditation of The Gladney Center for Adoption to provide adoption services for intercountry adoptions.  The Gladney Center for Adoption’s accreditation is valid through June 27, 2030.

Accreditation, approval, monitoring, and oversight of U.S. adoption service providers are handled by the designated accrediting entity, the Center for Excellence in Adoption Services (CEAS).  CEAS can be reached at ceadoption.org/contact.
