The Office of Children’s Issues has become aware that an unknown individual or entity has created a Facebook and a Twitter account under the name of the Department’s accrediting entity, IAAME.

IAAME’s CEO and President, Mr. Stephen Pennypacker, has confirmed to the Office of Children’s Issues that IAAME does not have a Facebook or Twitter account, nor has it authorized any other individual or entity to speak on its behalf. Accounts claiming to represent IAAME do not, in fact, represent the designated accrediting entity. Anything posted to or tweeted from the aforementioned Facebook and Twitter accounts does not represent the designated accrediting entity.
