Online Application for U.S. Passport Card

The Online Application for Passport Card pilot program, which allowed eligible U.S. citizens to apply online for a U.S. passport card, ended on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 12 p.m. EDT.  If you would like to obtain a U.S. passport card, please visit U.S. Passport Card for information on applying by mail or in person.  Thank you for your interest.
