The (*) wildcard character can be used for searching in the Case ID, PAP Surname, and Child Surname fields.

If you know only the beginning letters or numbers, enter what you know followed by the (*) wildcard character. Do not enter any characters after the (*).

You can use the date fields separately or together to narrow down the search results by the birth date of the child.

Note: You cannot use the (*) wildcard character in the USCIS # and Alien # fields.
