Navigation buttons are located in the lower-right corner of each page. The Next and Back buttons are used to move forward and backward through the training pages.

In the upper-right corner of every page are the following buttons:

• MAIN MENU: This button takes you to the Main Menu where a lesson can be selected.
• MENU: This button will open a drop-down menu allowing you to select any lesson in the training.
• HELP: This button takes you to this page to learn how to navigate through the training.
