This is the home page for the United States Central Authority for Intercountry Adoptions. You can sign in to ATS using the sign in form on the right side of the page.

Your username will always appear in the Username field when you open this page. Enter your password in the Password field and then select the Sign In button.

Note: The first time you log on you will need to use the control number included at the bottom of the form that you used to apply for your PKI Certificate software.
